How can hypnosis help?

Hypnosis works by guiding your mind into a focused and relaxed state, often called a trance. You already know this state from when you were fully immersed in a good book or movie, or when driving on the highway, all of a sudden you realise you miss quite a few kilometers.

 

In this state, your conscious mind becomes less active, while your subconscious mind becomes more accessible. In fact, we can even communicate directly with the subconscious, asking ‘Yes/No’ questions and assistance in making changes.

 

During hypnosis, specific techniques—such as guided imagery, verbal suggestions, or sensory focus—are used, to help you enter this altered state. In this state, your brain’s natural plasticity allows positive changes to be made more easily.

 

Now, we can reprogram unwanted habits, change perceptions, or enhance motivation because your subconscious is more open to new ways of thinking and behaving. During the trance state, your awareness remains intact—you are not unconscious, but rather deeply focused and receptive, making it easier to achieve your goals.

My Services:

  1. A free consultation of one hour, and maybe a light trance.
  2. If you think it’s scary you can try hypnosis out first. Book a one time introductory session of one hour and explore how it is to go into a light or deeper trance. Experience the relaxation that hypnosis can give you and learn how you always stay in control.
  3. Do a therapeutic session of one hour when you have a clear idea about your problem.
  4. Do a full therapeutic session of four hours, divided into three sessions. The first one is the diagnostic session of one hour, the second one is the therapeutic session of two hours where we will go to the root cause and remove it completely or make a change to it. The third session of one hour is to cement the changes made and provide you with the tools to deal with other challenges.
  5. Learn Self-Hypnosis. In a session of one hour I will teach you how to do Self-Hypnosis which you can use to relax in times of stress, although it has many other applications as well.
  6. Guided Relaxation. With the guided relaxation I will bring you to the deepest state of hypnosis as possible. Choose for two hours to get the best result. The deepest states are the Somnambulistic state and the Esdaille state. The latter one is a state of real euforia.
  7. Newsletter. Once a month I will publish a newsletter containing a hypnotic topic and answering questions. Subscribe and leave your email to get this newsletter.

A guided relaxation will bring you back to your peaceful inner self. In a session of one or two hours you will go to a state where you have seldom (if ever) been. 

I will bring you to the Somnambulistic state, followed by the so-called Esdaille state, where you can stay for the remaining time. This is a state of euforia, of utter peacefulness.
