Sleeping disorders
Lying awake when you want to sleep
You lie there for hours worrying (often about nothing), or making all kinds of plans in your mind. Or you just stare mindlessly at the ceiling. While all you want is to fall into a long, deep sleep.
Or you wake up halfway through the night. And you only fall back asleep about fifteen minutes before the alarm goes off, leaving you tired when you get out of bed.
Or you grind your teeth at night, wet the bed, sleepwalk, or have unpleasant dreams or nightmares.
All of these are examples of sleep problems—literally exhausting issues. Often, the cause is at an unconscious level. The key is to find these causes in your subconscious and eliminate them.
What can you do about it?
With hypnosis, you can influence your subconscious by giving underlying thoughts and/or emotions a different charge. Because often, there is some form of conflict or stress lurking just beneath the surface. When you become aware of this—and under hypnosis—you can give it a different, more positive turn so that your subconscious no longer sends you an ‘alarm’ signal telling you to stay awake. Once those stress signals subside, nothing will prevent you from falling into a deep sleep.
How does it work?
During a dream journey induced by hypnosis, you make direct contact with the subconscious. Here, you connect with the part that sends the unrest signals. By reprogramming or resetting that part, you can find peace again and sleep well.
Once you can get your full night’s rest and feel fully rested again, you will feel free in your thinking and actions.
